I'm not sure what you mean by registered? Let's take CUCM out of the equation and treat it like it were a CallManager Express setup. When the phones are in SRST (which they are at the moment) that's effectively the case.
I'm wondering why I don't have the below necessary Sip commands because some providers don't support the "moved temporarily" message.
