Dial-peers have no impact on DSP's at all.

Please correct me if I'm wrong but if one adds dial-peers to a router in
advance of installing some additional hardware but does not assign ports to
those dial peers, should that have no impact the DSP resources on the
router.  Would not the DSP resources only be impacted when the physical
interface card -- in this case a VIC-4FXS/DID -- was installed and the ports
assigned to the dial peers?
