Perhaps the easier way to go about it is to figure out how to spec a router
for the same number of transcoding and Conferencing sessions?
>From the info above you have 28 and 8 and that should show in your SCCP
config as well
Transcoding Sessions: 28(Avail: 28), Conferencing Sessions: 8 (Avail: 8)
You can then go and spec your router according using the DSP Calc
