[cisco-voip] 3rd party replacement for IPMA?

We are currently on CCM 4.2.3 and will be upgrading to v8.x later this summer.  We use IPMA so our secretaries can assist the attorneys.  It works great when it's working, but heaven help us if it has a problem.  Troubleshooting has always been a serious nightmare.  So, when we go to v8.x we'd like to keep the functionality if we can, but hopefully with a 3rd party product.

Any ideas or comments?
