[cisco-voip] UCME and EM issue

Dear All,

I've UCME ver 7.1 and IOS 12.4(24)T3-IPVoice, I've Extension mobility
configured, when the user login to EM, the phone screen has a message
"Logging.." and I've to press Exit 3 times or press service button to remove
the message, I know there is a bug with this description, I tried different
IOSs but still the same.
