[cisco-voip] Unity speaking Caller ID

The phones do have external DDI yes. Just to be clear though, this is not anything to do with message checking, I would just like to be able to call a number and have some system answer, read out the incoming caller number and then hang up. This is basically just to help our telephony moves team as they are always having to call up someone with a display phone and ask what the number they are calling from is.
