Depends alot on the LEC and the age of the circuits. Ie. the ILEC
around these parts doesn't care one iota what happens. Most CLECs
around here would filter out CallerID to being just the range of DIDs
you are assigned, especially on any new setups done in the last 5-7
years or so. Older circuits don't have the filtering on it for
certain CLECS, but others went back and retroactively put filters on.
