you can have them log into the PCA pages.

Great Idea! Now how do I allow a department to get the recordings out of unity? We don’t allow IMAP, can this be done via the web site?

Thanks

Create a call handler/ call routing rule that when dialed transfers the user to live recording and make this number a speed dial on the phone.

A user that want to record his/her conversation just press conference and then press the speed dial.

I have recently discovered Live Record on our Unity 7 deployment. The recording works the way it should. However, I was wondering if anyone has created shortcuts to getting the calls recorded. I was wondering if there is a way to reduce the dialing to one or two buttons?

Thanks in advance.
