[cisco-voip] integrating CCM 4.2 with Panasonic IP Card issue

Problem Details: i have ccm v. 4.2(3)
i want to integrate with Panasonic PBX by using h323 gateway on ccm
the problem:
call from ip phone registered on CCCm to Pbx works
but the call from PBX to Ip Phone disconnected after answering the call.
please help me to solve this problem
