Thanks Nate that solved it for me...I always forget that there are CDR
services under the network part not the features part.

Restart the "Cisco CDR Repository Manager" in the "Control Center -
Network Services"

I have one cluster that stopped sending CDR records via FTP. It was
working fine for months etc. I have stopped and started the service but
records are not being sent, anyone have a clue? CAR reports show good
data in the reports on the pub. But sending the call records to the FTP
site shows no data. I rebuilt the ftp information and tested the ftp
logon by manually logging into it.

Thanks

Rob

I think you will need a MS mediation server "as per Microsoft design" in
order to convert their codec "RT-Audio" to a codec that Cisco
infrastructure can understand.

Hi,

We're in the middle of a Microsoft OCS POC integrated with UCM 8.0. I
can make internal and external calls from OCS using UCM as my gateway,
but calls are dropped as soon as they're answered. Has anyone out there
come across a similar problem.

Kind regards,

Sechaba Mokoena
