[cisco-voip] pauses in dialing strings supported in CallManager v7?

I should also add this:

If you try to use ** or ## as a terminator between the PSTN number and the
code, you will probably run into problems.  For us, the meetingplace prompt
would not process more numbers.

Even if you didn't input this into a prompt, IOS automatically assumes that
a # is a terminator for a long dial string.  You would need to change the
default terminator via 'dial-peer terminator A'.
