Hey Mike,
If you have CLI access to your boxes use the CLI command:
Set password user admin
And
Set pass user security

Subject: [cisco-voip] Password Change
I've been handed the requirement that we change the Administrator
passwords on our CUCM, Unity Connection, and UCCX systems.
We're on version 7 of all platforms
We're concerned about a disgruntle employee, so I've been asked to
change all the passwords
We know all the passwords, so it's not a matter of resetting them.
(actually, the consultant used the same password for everything)
The only document I could find (other than the lost password reset
proceedures) is:
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/voicesw/ps556/products_configuration_example09186a008073f593.shtml
which is Callmanager 4 (Windows) based.
Is there a document for Callmanager 7 out there?
