I haven't researched, but I bet not. My gut is that isn't driven by a value in a table.

Wow...that would be call...do you think that we can do a similar workaround to list directories with first name, last name instead of last then first??

I know that there is a feature request for the above but if there is a workaround without hacking root password of CUCM this will be great.

Believe it or not, this is in a sql table that you can update with the axlsqltoolkit.

Attached are the two xml files I used to adjust this. You will need to change the update.xml to reflect the order(priority) you want them to appear in and the PKIDs for the respective services....

I think you can create an ASP/JSP Web page and point the Directories button to this, Options 1 - 3 should remain, but you can set 4 and 5.

(well you could do this in 6 as we have)

Thanks

Guys,

Need help. When installing CCM 7.x by default one's directories are listed as:

1. Missed Calls

2. Received Calls

3. Placed Calls

4. Personal Directory

5. Corporate Directory
Now my customer want option 4 and 5 changed around. Any ideas how I can achieve this?

Regards
