[cisco-voip] TTS-Unity-Connection

Hello everyone

I have a real problem with TTS in my Unity connection ,whenever i configure
the external service accounte for a user ,i make a test to be sur that my
config is correct ,but i receive an error message : "The system failed while
trying to make an API call"
