There's a couple options for Blackberry integration:

 

1)       RIM MVS -
http://us.blackberry.com/apps-software/business/blackberry_mvs/ - Gives
SNR & dual-mode functionality.  Only requirement is CUCM for SIP
connectivity to the MVS server

2)      Cisco Unified Mobile Communicator -
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/ps7271/index.html - Gives SNR and
visual voicemail functionality.  Requires CUMA, CUCM, Unity/Unity
Connection, and ASA (if not using a BES).
