So you have it configured for G.729 for devices in the same region? Your
problem probably is that you are trying to use the call manager conference
bridge and it only supports g.711.

Where does he say he is running anything other than G.711 internally?

I know this may be a moot question but are you guys running anything other
than g711 internally? What is the codec across the wan?

can you call these phones internally? I think everyone wants to know what
version are your running

All,

 

I am unable to conference with internal ip phones.

 

We have 1pub & 1 subscriber , which caters telephony service to multiple
location(offices) & all phones across different  location get registered to
same subscriber.

 

For 1 location we are unable to conferance with phones which are in same
location, also found  that MRGL is unregistered but to my knowledge
conferencing with my other ip phones in same office does not require MRGL...
please clarify  & share your advice towards this isssue.
