[cisco-voip] H323 Question

I'm not real well versed in h323 gateways, but I was wondering if the following was possible:

I have a gateway with E1s but no connections to CUCM.  Is it possible to accept the calls and just setup a forward to an external number?  If so, is there any documentation that could point me in the right direction on how to achieve this?
