[cisco-voip] having trouble sending calls to new gateway PRI

OK - so it seems things work great with a crossover plugged into the two ports on the router, but when the PSTN is plugged in, it fails. I have been told that I have two separate D channels on the two PRI ports coming from the PSTN, so it should work. I might have to test by pulling both T1s off the PBX and plugging them into the router. That means downtime. :(

Opening a case with the TAC to see if they can help diagnose. Will let the list know for future searches.

Subject: having trouble sending calls to new gateway PRI

ok, so i'm having problems sending calls to a new gateway PRI. everything is registered properly, all the settings are correct as far as i can see, but for the life of me, i can't read this darn trace file very well.

I'm trying to dial *9903102.411 which works fine, the trace shows the right digits being sent out, "411" that is. (Calling from 52579) However, I don't think it's getting to the gateway at all.

PRI is MGCP, and I've turned on ISDN q931 debugging. show ccm-manager shows all ok as far as i can tell.

Any ideas?
