Has this lovely little section:

7965 or 7945  16 min 24 sec

and the following note:

Cisco Unified IP Phone Firmware Releases 7.x have a 10-minute timeout
when downloading new files. If the transfer is not completed within
this time, the phone will discard the download even if the transfer
completes successfully later. If you experience this problem, Cisco
recommends that you use a local TFTP server to upgrade phones to the
8.x firmware releases, which have a timeout value of 61 minutes.

> 1. Identify the model and load of phone in use.  If it fits into the
