I've had bad experiences with licensing (They re-hosted license back
to the same MAC address)
and good experiences (Licensing team member told me about two PAK's
that I didn't know I had, purchased before I inherited the system, but
never installed by previous engineer).

But yes, they can usually search for all PAK's registered to a MAC
address.  If you've changed Publishers before, make sure to ask to
have them search under orignal MAC as well, just in case.
