Thank you very much.
I'm running cm 7 so this is not the case of FM issue.

But the supplier of ALM, www.rsconnect.net, already provided me with
solution. I had language difference on profile and phone.
Now all my users can login or logout in less than 3 secs.
Problem fixt.

with either incompatible device types or a buggy firmware. Please
