[cisco-voip] Ports for credit card machines

Dear All,

 

 

I have cisco ATA box connected in the lan and a credit card machine is
connected to it. We have a check point between lan and the server farm. We
have opened the required ports for the ATA to work.  But when we dial
through the credit card machine it says connecting and then it times out. Do
we have to open any ports for the Credit card machine to work?
