Here my problem is if I bypass the firewall its working fine without any
problem. So just checking the ports on the FW. So that we can open the
ports that the credit card machine is using.

I have the worst luck with ATAs, however I have a customer with several of
them with credit card readers and I have no idea how he has them working.
They always fails on ATA for me. VIC2-FXS or VG224 modem pass-through is
the recommended path.

I know the ATA does not officially support modems, but we have got credit
card machines to work without any major problem.

Run it through. A sniffer see what ports the machine is using.
