[cisco-voip] Additional licenses for Cisco Meeting Place Express

We have Cisco Meeting Place Express 2.1.x.

We would like to order new licenses:
- additional 10 voice licenses
- additional 5 multimedia screen-sharing licenses

So I need these part-numbers:

10 x MPE-2-UPG-V-1
5 x MPE-2-UPG-W-1 (or MPE-2-UPG-VI-1?)

but they're End of Sales from May 2010. What part numbers should I order
then ? Or I have to migrate to full Meeting Place ?
