[cisco-voip] "Caller ID" on forwarded call

the SIP header that cisco uses would probably be the diversion
header, and the two IEs that you want to read about for ISDN are
called "redirecting number" and Original called party number" and IOS
can handle both of them.
What I'm NOT sure of is the behavior relating to mapping the SIP
diversion header to either of those two IEs. it wouldnt be difficult
to try in a lab.
