[cisco-voip] 7916 Firmware is not in CCM 8.0.3?

There is some firmware release notes about 7916 and main phone versions around it to work properly.

I did an upgrade from 7.1 to 8.0.3 "not a new install" and I did not face any problem with 7916

I've had two installs of CCMBE 8.0.3 and had to manually install the 7916 firmware on it. Has anyone else seen this? Took me forever to figure out the first time, thought I had bad modules for a bit.
The firmware is not there at all, device defaults is blank and the files aren't in the tftp folder structure.
