Normally on a PRI you can "debug isdn q931" and verify what you are sending telco.

It is somewhat common for AT&T and a few others to override what your sending with main billing number.  The 5 days is the time it takes for electrons to flow from hitting the send button on the computer screen. Not all electrons move at the same speed.

Yes, Off net calls are still showing our billing number.  We signed the contract 3 weeks ago, and was told 5 business days till the change would show up.

Before I start making phone calls, and shouting at vendors, I wanted to verify that I wasn't the one sending the billing number out.
