[cisco-voip] Register Phone to CCM via SIP over the Internet?

Likewise 800-series routers.  As has already been intimated, unless you plan
to open your CUCM to the internet (eg; very bad idea) you need a VPN of some
sort, or an ASA serving as a phone proxy.
