[cisco-voip] Call forward all in CUCM 7.1

  Hi,
If extension B has CFALL to extension C and
extension A calls B but the line CSS of A,  does not allow A to call C, 
will the call succeed?
A is allowed to call B.

If no, how can i make this work?
