[cisco-voip] reminder necessary: will a PRI port register to callmanager if unplugged?

Sometimes the Telco will leave dongles in the demarc (connected to the
smartjack).  They can be use for loopback testing If you have a few of these
on your smart jack you could try one of these. I keep a few in the laptop
bag for staging.
