[cisco-voip] no valid upgrade option

You have to keep remembering, it is not a Linux box. It is an appliance that
happens to run Linux underneath the hood. There is no "remove an ES" but
there is a switch versions. However, I would recheck that thought of having
to remove an ES first. I know for a fact that is not a requirement for all
upgrade paths. If it is true at all it may be some specific upgrade path
requirement.
