[cisco-voip] Avaya IP Office 500 and Cisco VG

...but Avaya doesn't send me the 0, Avaya stripes the 0 and only sends me
the called number. My first guess was that it uses the dial-peer 0 and thats
why it takes 5 sec, but in sh voice call stat I see that call is between
dial-peers 3 and 23...
