[cisco-voip] Cannot Get Backup from Single Node CCM Cluster: tar: Error is not recoverable: exiting now

  Hi,
my 7.1.3.30000-1 single node cluster cannot create the tftp tar file 
when creating the backup.
Here is yesterday's, only error that existed:

/I have never gotten a backup.
It's a fresh installation working for 10 days,now that the config is 
permanent, i want to get this backup.
Any ideas will be much appreciated.
