[cisco-voip] agent desktop logs out when user not ready

Hello Guys,
I have a situation where one agent desktop PC out of 15 behaves strangely.
When the agent goes not ready after sometime the CAD client logs out by
itself with reason cod of 32765 (connection down). The following is an
excerpt of the log file on the desktop PC

The agent logs in again and the program works fine. The CAS version is
6.4.2.12 and the UCCX version is 5.0(2). How can I resolve this issue?
