[cisco-voip] VG224 not lighting lamp during ringing or for MWI

I had a lot of testing long time ago in this topic and the end result was that it won’t work easily L

Most of PBX vendors analog phones requires more voltage than the VG supply to lit the MWI, or uses their propriety signaling to lit it.

Some of those phones need more voltage than the VG224 can provide and won’t work  (eg 90 Volt)
