Dumb question but is it unified messaging or standalone vmail? Unified messages will simply stay in the user’s exchange box. Either way COBRAS is a good choice.
Thanks,

Moving from 4 to 8. Some of my users have HUNDREDS (yes hundreds) of saved messages in their voicemail. Is there an easy way to carry that over into 8? Since the hardware is being swapped as well, I imagine I would have to export it to an external disk or something, then pull it back in.
Wondering if its doable, or do I tell people to wipe out all their saved mesages?
