[cisco-voip] 7.1.5b cisco Install DVD saids it is 7.1.5.20000-6 ?

While on this, and the recent restricted / unrestricted discussions,
are there shipping install media of each and if so are they labeled
restricted / unrestricted? Or is all the install media restricted
today? Just curious... So I know what I'm dealing with when I use
DVDs.
