[cisco-voip] Device Mobility Mode Activation

I am planning on using the Device Mobility feature and looking at the Device Mobility Mode parameter to enable this through service parameters it says that the CCM service on each subscriber needs to be restarted after turning this on. Doing this cluster wide is not any easy thing to get approved. Would turning Device Mobility Mode on and then resetting Device Pools as the feature is implemented at each site accomplish the same thing? My other option would be to use BAT to turn enable this on a per phone basis.

Thanks,
Steve
