As a note on the swapped Harddrive route, I've been told by TAC that
the MAKE and MODEL of harddrive have to perfectly match.  During our
upgrade, a different brand (Purchased from Cisco) harddrive was used,
and the RAID never rebuilt.

So make sure your RAID rebuilds.

Make sure you use the Hard drive replacement proceedure (not all the
harddrives are hotswappable)
