I know this is not the answer you want ;)

But, if you really do have to manually change the TFTP settings on those phones, you can do it remotely by using PhoneView from UnifiedFX (http://www.unifiedfx.com) to make the bulk config change on the phone. Among other things, it can send sequenced key presses to change settings to multiple phones in a single action.

Have a look at the demo video: http://www.unifiedfx.com/Videos, in particular the part with that uses a macro command to reset the screen background on multiple phones at once.
