Morning all,

I set this up the other day and it worked fine. Does it help at all if
you change the protocol to SFTP?

Regards

Dana

Hi,

I'm sending them every minute. I can see them on the local FTP server,
but not the external FTP server.

Kind regards,

How often are you sending the CDRs to the billing server? Minute by
minute? once daily?

	Hi,

I'm running UCM 7(1).5 and I've configured it to export CDRs to
an external billing server. I've configured the external FTP server in
CDR Management, and I can authenticate with the server. We're not
receiving CDRs from UCM. To rule out UCM as the cause of this error, I
setup my own FTP server on the same subnet as UCM, and I'm receiving
CDRs on my FTP server. We've opened up all ports on our firewall to send
traffic to the external FTP server, but this hasn't made a difference.
Should I be looking elsewhere?

	Kind regards,
