[cisco-voip] Desktop Supervisor Install Error

Cisco Application Administration - 4.0(4)SR01ES09_Build090

Getting the following error when trying to install Supervisor Desktop and Desktop Agent.

An error occurred reading the registry key: APP Version. Setup will exit.

Have followed the instructions at the following URL explicitly several times to no avail.

Has anyone else experienced this issue?  What little piece of this puzzle are we missing?
