[cisco-voip] Video enabled handsets

Maybe there are more efficient ways, but here is what I would do...

1. Connect to CLI
2. Execute run sql SELECT a.name FROM Device a WHERE a.xml LIKE '%<videoCapability>1</videoCapability>%'
