You shouldn’t need to do that. Some places don’t have non working hours for their call center.

They will not change. You should change it during non working hours. Orelse create another application and test on that and once it is ready you can upload it. This is what I do normally, if I get a down time of atleast 5 min J

If you did that, wouldn't you lose all of your application parameter changes? And wouldn't there be a period of down time between calls?

When ever you make any change in the script you need to remove the existing script and add the changed script. It should work then.

I checked the bug toolkit but didn’t find anything. I can open a TAC case but thought I’d check with cisco-voip first to see if anyone else had run into the same problem.

All I know is, sometimes a fix for one defect, becomes a fix for another undocumented defect. And sometimes, reinstalling/repairing fixes things too.

You could open a new defect for 8.0(2), but most likely will have to install SU2 to get the fix. Have you already checked the Bug Toolkit? Are you able to open a TAC case?

It’s 8.0(2), no SUs. I didn’t see anything in the SU1 release notes to indicate that it fixes this.

What version of UCCX? There is now an 8.0(2) SU1.

Is anyone else running CCX 8.0?

When I overwrite a script in the repository, CCX won’t start using the new version until I restart the engine service. I tried refreshing both the script and application, but when I run a reactive debug, I still get the old version. Restarting the engine causes CCX to use the new version, but once we go into production, we obviously can’t restart the engine at every script change. These are translation route applications for ICM in case it matters for some reason. Has anyone seen this?

Eric
