[cisco-voip] Ciscp 9971+GN9350e Headset

Hi All,

Has anyone setup a Cisco 9971 with the GN9350e headset?

I have tried setting this headset up via Bluetooth, but the 9971 Bluetooth
does not see the headset, via the headset cable, but the headset does not
take the phone off hook and via the USB cable, 9971 detects the headset but
still does not take the phone off hook.

I have tried the same headset on a 7962 without any problems.
