[cisco-voip] Attendant console

Hello,

Generally, the users need to have full access to the folder into which Attendant Console is installed.

When you install and configure on your PC, are you also telling it to control your phone? If so, is your device associated to whatever user is controlling your devices (ac or ACDeviceAuthenticationUser)?

Thanks,

Subject: [cisco-voip] Attendant console

Hello all,

I keep getting call control failed to initialise on attendant console. but not on my pc.
Could this be due to me having local admin rights and receptionists don't have any rights except user ?
Does anyone know of a work around or a way to fix this issue ?
