[cisco-voip] ADAM with 7.1(3)

"supported" is relative.  TAC only supports it in 8.0 and going 
forward.  Any CM version before 8.0 is use at your own risk or work with 
account team and development to get special support.

Why not support for earlier versions?
* it wasn't tested
* it doesn't have a test plan
* it requires modifying ldap search base which is non-trivial prior to 
the UI changes in 8.0.  Even with 8.0 changes there is still no error 
checking.
* test plan and formal test is required for 8.5 release. 8.0 performance 
is a relative unknown. We have at least one ongoing investigation where 
it appears some CTI functions do not use the custom search base. 

Thus it is very much 'use at your own risk'.
