[cisco-voip] Presence 8, Meetingplace Express2 + CUPC7

Unfortunetely this didn't really help.

The client reports now that it is connected to Meetingplace but we are not 
able to start a web conference via CUPC 7.1 It starts on the client that 
starts the conferrence but not on the other client.
