[cisco-voip] Associate LDAP EndUsers to Controlled Device

What bulk export are you using?  The export you need to use is Bulk Admin->Users->Export.  The "all user format" does have controlled device.

The main "import/export" under Bulk Admin is for system-level stuff that otherwise can't be bulked in or out.

I noticed the Bulk Export > End Users doesn’t have a column for Controlled Device.
