[cisco-voip] UCCx Licensing 4.1 to 7.0

Get in touch with licensing at cisco.com.  Give them info about the 4.1 and the
new system, they should send you the needed licenses.

 

The information we were given is that not too many people upgrade form 4 ->
7, so one of the needed licenses (which is free anyway - just can't remember
which it is, the node license or software license) is not included by
default.

OK.  I thought I had this all done. but I guess I'm missing something.

 

Got the license file to upgrade licenses from 5.0 to 7.0 but the problem is
my old licenses are 4.1.

 

I'm not finding info on license upgrade from 4.1 to 7.0.  Can someone give
me a little instruction?
